1. What is your cancellation policy?
At The Page Writer we have an All Sales are Final policy. The subscription will be for 12 months from your date of purchase. The reason for this policy is because some people purchase a subscription, download all of our copyrighted materials, and then cancel. The free samples will provide you with a good idea of what our lessons are like. We are sure that once you try The Page Writer you will come back each year since we are always adding new resources and lessons. With that said, we do take each case on a singular basis. If you feel you have a legitimate reason to cancel mid-year, please contact us.
2. Can I share an account?
Each individual license is for one teacher and their students. Additional teachers will need to purchase their own license. We do have School and District options available for your entire staff.
3. I am having difficulty making a payment.
We use PayPal to process our payments. If there is an issue with the payment process you will need to contact PayPal directly. When paying for a subscription a new PayPal window will open. If you keep having a recurring problem, let us know and we will see what we can figure out from this end.
4. Why can't I download the PDFs?
Be sure to check your computer's download settings. Also be sure to check your pop-up blocker. If a file still will not download, ask your network administrator to check the school's firewall settings. If none of these solve the problem, please contact us. We will make sure that you get the files you need.
We never share or sell any of your information. Period.
6. Do you offer plans in other languages?
At this time we only offer our plans in English. We do have hopes to rewrite our plans in multiple languages sometime in the future.
7. Can I access my account from more than one computer?
The Free Sample Plans accounts can only be accessed from one computer. Our paid membership accounts are setup to give you access on two computers. Ideally, this would be your computer at school and one at home.
8. What grade levels are your lessons for?
Our lessons are targeted towards grades 3-8. We are currently working on adding even more age appropriate outcomes to each of our lessons. Our goal is for the teacher to be able to grab anchor papers, rubrics, and plans based on the ability level or his or her students.
9. Are these plans meant to be followed word-for-word?
You can, but our goal is for you to feel confident in your plan of attack and adapt these plans as needed for your students. Maybe you change the research choices, or you may choose one topic for the whole class instead of letting each student choose a topic. It is really up to you. We want to provide you with the tools to teach engaging and meaningful lessons that are best for your students.
